Do you bring your own equipment and products?

Yes. We arrive fully equipped with premium professional grade cleaning products and equipment. We use mostly low-tox and eco-friendly products, though please let us know if you have preferences or sensitivities.

What’s your hourly rate?

At Enluxe, we stand by cleaning isn’t about time, but the end result (a very clean home). You’re not paying for time, you’re paying for experience, systems, attention to detail, premium products and a consistently clean home. No one home is the same, so we don’t take a one size fits all approach; each space is different, each family lives differently, each clean is tailored. That is why we quote our cleaning packages per job, so you know the cost upfront and trust who’s coming into your home, and we know the standard we are delivering.

What areas do you service?

We are based in Wonga Park, servicing Melbourne’s East - from Inner East to Yarra Valley and everything in between.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Not at all. Many of our clients provide access instructions and return to a beautifully clean space.

Are you insured and police checked?

Absolutely. Enluxe is fully insured, and our cleaners are police checked, giving you complete peace of mind and confidence when welcoming us into your home or workplace.
